Domestic Shipping (Singapore)

• Orders are dispatched within 2–4 business days.
• Processing may take longer during sales, holidays, or special launches.
• Delivery takes 2–4 business days after dispatch.
• Free shipping on orders SGD 80 & above.
    SGD 6 fee for orders below SGD 80.
• All orders ship via Ninja Van.
• Tracking details will be emailed once your order is shipped.

International Shipping

• We ship worldwide from Singapore using trusted carriers.
• Customs duties or taxes may apply depending on your country.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or courier issues, or for any additional fees after shipment.
• Tracking details will be sent once available.

Customs & Duties

• All customs fees, taxes, and duties are the customer’s responsibility.
• We are not liable for customs delays or incorrect shipping details.
• Please allow 1–2 business days for processing before tracking is issued.

Split Shipments

• Multiple items may be shipped separately.
• Separate tracking numbers will be provided if applicable.

Lost or Stolen Packages

• We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered but lost or stolen.
• Lost or stolen packages are non-refundable.
